Taylor Daniel MS, LPC-S, RPT

Taylor is the owner of Redwood Counseling & Wellness and works with children, teens, and adults using a neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed approach. She is a Certified Synergetic Play Therapist and Certified AutPlay® Therapy provider, and specializes in supporting neurodivergent people of all ages, highly sensitive individuals, and families navigating emotional regulation, sensory needs, and connection challenges. Her work focuses on helping clients understand their nervous systems, navigate big emotions, and build more connected relationships with themselves and others.

Sharon Montcalm LPC-S, RPT-S

Sharon is the owner of Kid Time Counseling. Sharon works with children and families and brings a calm, grounded, and deeply attuned presence to her work. She is a Certified Synergetic Play Therapist with advanced training in play therapy and helps children express and process their emotions in ways that feel safe and natural. She is especially passionate about helping caregivers better understand the “why” behind their child’s behavior and move from feeling overwhelmed or stuck into more connected, compassionate relationships.

In addition to her clinical work, Sharon provides supervision for LPC Associates and clinicians pursuing their Registered Play Therapist credential, offering a supportive and thoughtful space for professional growth.

Nicole Hoffman LPC-S, LCDC

Nicole is the owner of Authentically Empowered Therapeutic Services. She works with teens and adults and specializes in supporting clients navigating trauma, identity exploration, and major life transitions. Her areas of focus include complex trauma, Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), addiction, eating disorders, parenting challenges, and LGBTQ+ identity concerns.

Nicole uses a relational, trauma-focused, and EMDR-informed approach, tailoring therapy to each client’s unique needs. She is known for showing up as her authentic self in the therapy room—bringing warmth, humor, and a down-to-earth presence that helps clients feel safe, understood, and supported as they move toward healing.
